With a strong team of scientists and technicians, you will be responsible for mainly the cell culturing of iPS cells from small to large scale single batch reactors. At this stage, the process is in the development and upscaling stage. As a technician you will be involved in all the process optimising steps and development. Furthermore, you will be responsible for cell-based assays and techniques such as qPCR, and microscopy. You will be involved in various projects and development for tissue engineering for scale up from laboratory to commercial scale.  In this role, you combine your cell culturing experience with a good insight and knowledge within a dynamic and new and exciting scientific field. For this position we seek a professional with the following experience and background - Master or (HLO) education in biotechnology, tissue engineering, biomaterials or related field (no PhD) - At least  years’ experience in cell culturing of stem cells / iPS. - In-depth knowledge of qPCR, and microscopy - Good communication skills; able to interact with all team members in fast growing environment - A pioneering and entrepreneurial mind Key words , , , , , s, , biomedisch
