FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING What you will do As Manager you are the focal point for all issues within the company. You work together with various stakeholders to design and establish a strategy and framework for the company. And you translate strategy into actionable policies and procedures to assist company to achieve its goals and targets. You will be leading and guiding the company’s internal and external policies in this fast developing work field. Tasks You develop and execute the strategy and programms, environmental management system and action plan to meet thebusiness objectives Identify relevant Sustainable Development Goals Create a roadmap to inventory and roll out the sustainability features within the portfolio Provide support and coordination on the full cycle of implementation of sustainability scheme's, implemented by own operations Set short and long-term related goals, targets, and measures e.g. environmental due diligence, energy consumption, carbon reduction Promote sustainability awareness through campaigns, projects and programmes, training, internal publishing or other activities which create positive external attention and internal support. Develop a reporting strategy, prepare and manage reporting regarding international standards

manager ( Bachelor /Master degree in sustainability management or equivalent) At least years experience in a management role, extensive knowledge of environmental management Understanding of legislation and compliance requirements. Proven, long-term interest in and understanding of and how a strong program can positively impact the organization. Extensive project and program management experience, strategic insight Fluent in English (verbal and written), Dutch language is a preferable You are an inspiring, connecting and collaborative manager who supports the organisation hands-on as their partner.
