In this role the Tax Analyst will be preparing various returns as well as performing automated checks, keeping track of issues and completing an audit defense file for each registration.

• Provides support for annual tax activities management with respect to country tax legislation i.e. Annual Income Tax, Annual Flat Tax, Annual Tax Declaration including Schedules, Annual Tax Information, Fiscal Inform, and .
• Supports communication links to , , and Tax Advisors. Monitors, develops, and analyzes Tax legislation proposals and their impact on companies.
• Consults regarding the interpretation and impact of , and on business activities including business contracts, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and acquisition, financial closings&operations results.
• Acts in compliance with policies and procedures. Provides support in functional due diligence and planning for mergers and acquisitions.
• Acts within the scope of a small geography/country or business.
• Participates and supports local projects with commercial people, legal, and controllers.
