Office Administrator - English & Dutch - Utrecht

Main Tasks General reception and administrative function Co-ordinating and arranging meetings Managing travel arrangements and diaries Sourcing and managing suppliers in relation to office operations and supplies Purchase, track, invoice and maintain office supplies and staff equipment Assisting in office re-structures, expansions, relocations, repairs and maintenance work; liaising with landlords and contractors as required Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects as needed the pick-up and delivery of mail services (, , etc.) building security outsourced IT support (day to day running and project implementation) Identify where administrative processes and procedures can be introduced and/or developed and implementation. Undertaking and completing all work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Working independently, prioritizing work with minimal supervision. Excellent time management, working to tight monthly deadlines. Complying with all Company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous administrative and customer facing Hands-on with (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
