As a customer service representative for this fashion brand, also known as Ambassador, you will - Answer questions via social media, and phone about missing packages, refunds, returns and quality issues - Handle complaints - Inform customers about certain procedures, answer questions and provide information about the products and services Of course you can't do this without the right training! This paid, five-day training at the office, gives you all the information you need to get started.
