As Production Supervisor you create the production schedule and communicates it with the subordinates. in addition, you ensure that production can be carried out according to plan and that the product meets the set requirements with its subordinates.  Other activities of a production supervisor are - Ensures that the supply and removal for the production goes according to plan with the parties involved; - Ensures that the installation remains in good condition with its subordinates; - Maintain contact with all stakeholders he/his has to deal with; - Conducts periodic appraisalswith subordinates; - Monitors the process and the people involved in it for safety, environment and health.
